Reformer Pilates

Experience the transformative power of Pilates on our professional reformer equipment.

What is Reformer Pilates?

The Pilates reformer is a bed-like frame with a sliding carriage attached to springs of varying resistance. This versatile apparatus allows for hundreds of exercises that build strength, flexibility and balance.

The reformer provides resistance and support, making exercises more accessible for beginners while offering a deeper challenge for advanced practitioners. The springs can be adjusted to increase or decrease resistance, allowing each session to be tailored to your individual needs and goals.

Unlike mat Pilates where you work against gravity, the reformer allows you to work in various positions — lying down, sitting, standing, and even upside down — targeting muscles from multiple angles for a comprehensive workout.

I keep my reformer classes small. I have a maximum of 4 clients in my reformer classes for the upmost care and attention. The Pilates reformer takes a bit of getting used to at first. It is a highly versatile piece of equipment and Joseph's Pilates best invention in my mind. I love how you can flow from one exercise to another.
